The location was fantastic for exploring Paseo Montejo on foot. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I loved my room with a balcony and the comfortable bed.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, with very amiable staff. The restaurant is fantastic and offers good value for money. The rooms are brand new, with balconies, cable channels, and large smart TVs. The decoration in the rooms is nice and the hotel has a prime location.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance from Mejorada Park, and the room had a balcony.

I highly recommend getting a double room with a balcony and excellent bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza By Kavia. The property was cute, clean, and felt safe. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The outdoor seating area/terrace was a lovely spot to relax. The location was also convenient, with an Italian restaurant and coffee shop just outside. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had the best stay at Hotel Plaza! The location on Paseo Montejo was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in arranging tours and recommending places to visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like a fridge, AC, and a safe. We loved the water and coffee provided daily. The hotel also had valet parking, which was very convenient. our experience at Hotel Plaza, especially with the assistance from Kavia, was exceptional!

the location was perfect, right in the center of everything. It made exploring the city on foot so convenient. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. I especially loved having a balcony to relax on in the evenings. Oh, and the breakfast included in my rate was a delightful way to start each day.

The noise levels could be improved.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, right in the center - everything can be reached by foot. The service was excellent, with efficient housekeeping and helpful staff. The room amenities were modern and convenient, including air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. Plus, the rooftop terrace was an amazing bonus with fantastic views.
